Commercial Card Account Executive

Responsibilities Manage existing and new client portfolio focused on revenue growth. Facilitate communication and implementation of new products, services and technology. Participate in forecasting and outlining future success of the commercial card program. Document sales and referral activity in the system. Set and exceed performance metric goals and manage a detailed pipeline to demonstrate progress toward goal attainment. Establish appropriate expectations for new client onboarding to ensure sold services are utilized correctly. Design and execute a portfolio action plan, conducting in‑person or phone visits – recommending best practices and reviewing the efficacy of commercial card and payment programs to support client objectives. Manage the client contract, including rebid and negotiation, and serve as an escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction with commercial payments. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Commercial Card sales or account management. Strong understanding of complex card programs. Demonstrated ability to work closely with product partners to deliver high‑quality client experience. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $51,480.00 – $99,330.00 (actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience, and other factors. Additional earning potential is not included in this range.)
