Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

Inventory Supervisor – Indianapolis, IN Salary: $63,000 - $68,000 (annual). Schedule: Monday–Friday day shift, flexible weekends as needed. Reporting to: Senior Logistics Manager. Responsibility: oversee tracking of incoming and finished goods, packaging supplies, and inventory control for warehouse and distribution functions. Responsibilities Maintain and develop inventory control systems to meet facility needs. Manage cycle count program, recoup/repack/return/recycle processes. Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates on inventory issues. Facilitate hold processes and track facility inventory costs relative to KPI’s. Conduct daily communications and shift meetings to ensure employee alignment. Promote positive customer relationships and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field. Minimum 2 years manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience and 2 years supervisory experience. 2+ years PC inventory and accounting skills; experience with formal root cause countermeasure systems. Intermediate computer skills; basic Lean principles; intermediate knowledge of WMS; intermediate OSHA required; DOT and Hazmat knowledge preferred; APICS certification preferred.
