This is a full-time opportunity for an OT looking to make a meaningful impact on students' development and success in the classroom while collaborating with educators and other related service professionals.

Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Lancaster, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-Time
• 30+ hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Onsite, school-based position
• Additional caseload and assignment details will be discussed during the interview process
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $45-55/ hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, evaluations, and school-based service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
