What You'll Do Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment Code invoices, obtain approvals, and enter them into the accounting system Prepare check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Ensure compliance with AP policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards Oversee IRS 1099 reporting and compliance requirements Maintain imaging and retention of AP documentation Build strong vendor relationships and resolve payment issues Support audit requests by gathering documentation and records Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account inquiries Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed Benefits include: Employer-provided bank accounts with cash advance options (no credit check required) Up to $3,000/year in tuition reimbursement (13k max) for eligible full-time employees $10,000 employer-paid life insurance for all employees Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Ready to Apply? Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or 35 years of directly related AP experience Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of general accounting principles Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to meet tight deadlines with quick turnaround expectations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with Great Plains is a plus
