Work Environment\nThis position is full-time and conveniently remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining close connections with clients through virtual sessions. Our remote practice employs secure telehealth tools to ensure a seamless and safe client experience. You will also have access to our outpatient office for in-person consultations when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify their unique mental health needs and concerns. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing both short-term and long-term therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's goals. \n
- Offer therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, integrating various counseling techniques to facilitate effective treatment. \n
- Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies and interventions in collaboration with clients as they evolve through therapy. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, exchange insights, and enhance client care delivery. \n
- Stay current with best practices and developments in mental health, committing to ongoing professional education and skills enhancement. \n
You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals experiencing acute mental health crises to those seeking ongoing support for longer-term challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Possession of an active state license as a mental health therapist, such as: \n
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) \n
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) \n
- At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services is essential. \n
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. \n
- Capacity to work independently within a remote setting while also collaborating as part of a tight-knit team. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices and methodologies to enhance client outcomes. \n

- Experience with diverse populations, including various cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups. \n
- Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution-focused therapy is a plus. \n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
