Position Highlights

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services and monitor resident progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and resident-centered care.
