Who We Are: Physio Performance is an orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic serving Tacoma and the South Sound. We help athletes, active adults, and youth get back to doing what they love through movement analysis, manual therapy, strength training, and performance-based care. Our therapists have access to a fully equipped training space with barbells, kettlebells, Pilates Reformers, and more—because we believe strength belongs in rehabilitation. Why Physio Performance?
