We are looking for a highly organized and welcoming Dental Front Office Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in managing the daily flow of the clinic, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a seamless administrative experience. Pay

$18~$24 per hour

Proven experience in a professional receptionist or customer service-oriented role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office technology and computer systems.

Job Description

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.
Coordinate the daily clinical schedule to ensure optimal patient flow and efficiency.
Perform insurance verification and assist patients in understanding their coverage and benefits.
Manage high-volume phone lines with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Collect and process patient co-payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Facilitate patient communication regarding treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed
