ICU RN - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit, with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards. Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, respecting cultural and personal preferences. Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills: RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with Hospital-based bedside RN with 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
