Highway Safety Specialist (Enforcement Program Specialist)

Job Title

This position is located within the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Office of Safety Field Operations. The incumbent initiates civil penalty collection procedures, negotiates settlement of enforcement cases, and prepares and processes non-contested settlement agreements and consent orders on enforcement cases.
