The Regional Vice President (VP) of Clinical Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinic operations. This executive role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant healthcare services. The VP will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance clinical operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Align clinical practices with company objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the regional vision and operational excellence in service delivery and patient care.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple onsite clinics, ensuring consistency and high standards of clinical practice.
• Monitor and optimize clinical workflows, resource allocation, and patient care protocols.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor clinical leaders and staff across the region, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues related to clinical staff performance.

Quality Improvement:

• Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews and updates of clinical protocols.

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, addressing any concerns or feedback related to clinical services.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor services to meet their specific needs and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and responsive service.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage regional budgets for clinical operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all clinics operate in compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.

Reporting and Communication:

• Provide regular reports to senior management on clinical operations, performance metrics, and key issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.

Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and quality improvement methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make strategic decisions. Experience with financial management and budget oversight in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in relevant software and technology systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions. Ability to concentrate, think, and learn. Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.

Ideal candidate would be able to support clients in the mid west region with additional travel to support the east coast as well. Travel percentage would vary based on client need. Qualifications

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven experience in leading clinical teams and managing complex healthcare operations.
