Location: Orland Park, IL Salary: $50,000 base + $2,500 Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) + weekly commission (after training) Compensation by level: Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $22.84 per hour Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission + COLA of $2,500 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
