Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. You will be operating a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and box trucks, depending on the type of cargo being transported. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate trucks to transport goods to their destination Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks Communicate with dispatchers and customers to provide updates on delivery status Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road Keep accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out Follow company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver Clean driving record with no traffic violations Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations Ability to operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and box trucks Excellent communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and repair Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
