Management Salary: $60,000-$70,000 PLUS BONUS!!

Here we grow again! Gilligan Company is looking for talented and experienced General Managers to join our team!

As an "A" Operator with Popeyes, our success is due to our talented crew members and dedicated management team!

We are currently seeking results driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our General Manager positions in Popeyes! Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous development of both their location and employees.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management Experience required
Valid driver's license and vehicle required
Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
Excellent customer service
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Hire, train and develop your team to increase retention
Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
Follow Brand and Company Standards
