Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes is highly valued
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Proven organizational skills and flexibility in a dynamic school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for students across grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to ensure student success
• Provide consultation, support, and education to parents and staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with district and regulatory guidelines
