Position Overview
Concord Academy of Petoskey is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Elementary Teacher to lead an elementary classroom. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, small-school environment that emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and individualized learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging instruction for an elementary classroom
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Integrate core subjects with creative, project-based and STEAM-focused learning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to support multi-age learning experiences
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education or related field
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Passion for innovative teaching practices, including project-based learning
• Ability to integrate arts into core academic instruction
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
