Adecco is looking for a property specialist who is responsible for managing and supporting the operations, maintenance, leasing, and administrative functions of residential, commercial, or government-owned properties.

Common Job DutiesProperty Management

• Monitor and maintain assigned properties.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

Tenant Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for tenants or occupants.
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate property showings for prospective tenants.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain property records, leases, and contracts.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, and property performance.
• Process invoices, work orders, and related documentation.
• Track budgets and expenses.

Leasing and Marketing

• Advertise available properties.
• Screen prospective tenants.
• Assist with lease preparation and execution.
• Monitor occupancy rates and leasing activity.

Financial Responsibilities

• Collect rent and other payments.
• Track delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with budgeting and expense management.
• Support financial reporting activities.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $24.84 per hour
