What You’ll Do Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and the local community Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth Lead by example—modeling honesty, respect, and a customer-first mindset every shift Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
