MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel Allied job in San Leandro, CA. Shift: 5x8 hr days. Start Date: 07/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Pay: $3,222 / Week. Requirements Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively pursuing licensure. At least one year of professional working experience. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current CPR certification. Must have CCC's. Other requirements to be determined by our client facility. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit. Duties and Responsibilities The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring treatment for speech, hearing, or language deficits. The SLP will teach patients how to produce sounds, improve voice quality, and enhance oral or written language skills to communicate more effectively. Additionally, the SLP will instruct individuals on strengthening swallowing muscles and using compensatory strategies to avoid choking or inhalation of food or liquid. Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills so that they can fulfill educational, vocational, and social roles. *Weekly payment estimates are intended for informational purposes only and include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses.
