CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Summary Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain, ensuring accurate execution of all events during the shift and, when required, operating the catering delivery truck. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations. Logs and maintains food temperatures. Arranges tables and decorations. Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards. Serves food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly cleans location after the event. Returns food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility. Collects customer comment cards. Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment. Provides friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintains knowledge of the menu and products on hand. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
