Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Carry a caseload, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and timely reporting as required by organizational policies. \n

This position focuses on serving clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing significant behavioral health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other severe emotional disorders. Many clients are in hospice care, requiring sensitivity and a tailored approach to blend emotional support with practical assistance. The LCSW will play an integral role in enhancing the quality of life for patients during their care journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid Illinois License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. \n
- Minimum of two years of experience in a social work role, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting. \n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
