This role is integral to the successful execution of HVAC/MEP projects, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and communication across all project phases.ResponsibilitiesManage jobsite documentation including RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, and submittalsOversee jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperworkCoordinate deliveries of equipment and materialsAssemble project estimates and budgetsManage subcontractors and vendorsAttend and participate in project meetingsWrite and track purchase orders and subcontractsUpdate and maintain project schedulesPerform craft productivity trackingQualifications2+ years of experience in an HVAC/MEP Project Engineering roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in learning and applying technical conceptsAbility to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlinesWillingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates diplomacy and tact when collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and ProjectIf you are a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project engineering in the HVAC/MEP space, we encourage you to apply!
