Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to mission-driven leadership and performance.
• Support the Executive Director in translating organizational strategy into operational plans and measurable objectives.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture that encourages staff engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of high quality services across all areas of the community.
• Manage operational functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
• Serves as the Executive Director's operational backup for emergency preparedness, risk management, and regulatory surveys.
• Monitor financial performance to achieve at or above established excellent thresholds as measured by net Operating Margin (NOM, NOM-A) and other key financial key indicators.
• Supervise and mentor department managers and leaders; provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, donors, regulators, and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field, prior CCRC experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Florida's CCRC regulatory environment and operational requirements is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
