The Bulk Driver will deliver Ammonia products to local customers on a scheduled route or intermittently. Records deliveries and pick-ups on a load manifest and obtains signatures from customers for receipt purposes. Listens to and fosters understanding regarding service inquiries and customer needs. Collaboratively manage loading/unloading truck procedures. Performs pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting deficiencies, and ensures all safety items are in excellent working order. Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and maintains vehicle appearance in a professional manner. Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet equipped with driver-friendly technology such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, and the latest camera technology .

• Safely perform SOPs specifically related to the handling of Anhydrous, prioritizing the security of our operations.

• Communicate in person with customers to nurture alignment on all SOPs and ensure a collaborative service experience.

• Thoughtfully maintain load manifests and all other vehicle documents, ensuring they are accurately completed and balanced with truck counts and shipping documents before and after deliveries.

• Ensure all safety standards are thoughtfully maintained for the well-being of the team and community, fostering a culture of mutual care.

• Ideally, you bring the comfort to read and comprehend material safety data sheets to ensure informed handling of all products.

• You will steward the delivery of hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; the ability to manage physical tasks (such as bending) is also part of this vital role.

• Some overnight stays may be coordinated to support our regional partnership goals.

________________________Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old

• Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Airbrakes endorsement.

• Minimum 2 years of CDL A experience in the last 4 years.

• No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.

• No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.

• No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc) in the last 3 years.

• No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for "Failure to pay child support".

• No DUI in the last 7 years.

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs or more.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

• Must have basic computer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Tanker experience
