Our unique business model, combined with our dedication to delivering the highest quality products, enables team members to contribute in a larger capacity than is possible in typical positions.Position DescriptionThe Team Leader in the production cleanroom plays a pivotal role in overseeing a team of production associates within Applied Medical's regulated cleanroom environment. By leading, guiding, and motivating the team, this position ensures adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals. The Team Leader collaborates cross-functionally to streamline manufacturing workflows, provides training and development opportunities for team members, and facilitates effective communication to support smooth operations.This position will have support opportunities at several Applied Medical locations, including our Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest manufacturing facilities.
