Overview

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings, including long-term care, rehab, and clinical environments.

Compensation: $32.00

Loading... Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN | PRN/Full-Time | LTC Pay: $31.00 -34.00 and hour Location: Dayton, OH Setting: Long-Term Care, Rehab, and Clinical Settings Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Schedule: Varies by facility Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed Employment Status: W2 Employee

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities
Report changes in patient condition to the care team
Educate patients and families on care plans
Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio required
Current BLS or CPR certification required
Minimum 1-year clinical experience preferred
Strong medication administration and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and patient care skills
