Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Berlin, MD at the Ocean Pines Branch. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Licenses & Certifications No specific certifications or licenses are required for this position. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
