Looking to break into Medical Malpractice without prior direct experience? This is a rare opportunity to get trained in med mal while working on high-quality defense litigation matters . We’re partnering with a growing, well-established litigation firm hiring for Huntington Beach & El Segundo, CA (hybrid) . What You’ll Do Handle a manageable caseload (~20 cases), 4+ year Attorney (~40 cases) from start to finish Work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-exposure matters Gain hands‑on training in Medical Malpractice defense Engage in depositions, motion practice, and trial prep What We’re Looking For 1+ years of litigation experience Background in insurance defense (workers’ comp attorneys encouraged to apply) will be trained in medical malpractice. Experience or interest in public entity defense or medical malpractice Work involving public entities (schools, municipalities, universities) Exposure to police defense or excessive force litigation Feedback within 24 hours of resume submission Single in-person interview (meet partners directly) Same‑day offers in many cases Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $225,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
