Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, medication administration, and other clinical needs as per physician orders and patient care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of nursing practice.
Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Provide leadership by overseeing and supporting nursing assistants.

Qualifications:

Current Ohio RN License
Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
A reliable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
