High School Boys Assistant Soccer Coach

Assistant Boys High School Soccer Coach Muhlenberg High School has a vacancy for an Assistant Boys High School Soccer Coach, starting the Fall 2026 season (off‑season training during Summer 2026 may be required pending board approval). Successful candidates should believe in the importance of the impact of extra‑curricular activities on a child's K‑12 experience and overall social, emotional, and academic development. Preferred Qualifications Prior coaching experience in scholastic soccer Bilingual candidates Required Qualifications High School Diploma Knowledge of the sport / Experience in the sport Ability to work in a team setting Ability to give clear direction Ability to supervise and direct others Interest in supporting and working with all student‑athletes Knowledge of PIAA rules and policies governing the sport Ability to work within the Blueprint/Action Plan of the Muhlenberg School District Clear communication to student‑athletes, parents, school officials, and sport officials Collaboration with the High School Head Coach to ensure philosophy is carried out throughout the 7‑12 program Current clearances under Acts 34, 114, 151 and 168 and three professional references Responsibilities Support and work with all student‑athletes Participate in all training required by PIAA Collaborate with the Head Coach to maintain coaching philosophy across the program Minimum qualifications and responsibilities are required as stated above. #J-18808-Ljbffr Muhlenberg School District
