Primary Care Physician opening just east of Medford, OR

Seeking a dedicated BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a relationship-based model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care.
• Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance.
• Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews.
• Serve as a preceptor for providers in training.
• Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients.
• Play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care—bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team.
• Work in an FQHC environment.

The Community

Live and work in a town that was named in the Top 10 places to live by National Geographic. The city is located at the base of the beautiful Cascades Mountains.
