Back-End Developer As a back‑end developer, you will design, build, and maintain robust systems and applications that deliver clean code, efficient APIs, and scalable infrastructure to support client solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify risks, develop solutions, and ensure high performance and scalability. Qualifications 3+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting software development projects. 3+ years of experience using programming languages and development stacks for back‑end work. Proficiency with Java. Experience with Docker containerization. Experience working with unbounded data streams. Experience solving complex problems within a collaborative, cross‑functional team. Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam. Associate’s degree and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of software engineering experience. Nice to Have Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software product practices. Experience with Kubernetes clusters. Experience with Kotlin and Python. Experience writing source code for new applications or improving code for existing applications. Experience gathering client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization. Experience using automated testing tools for testing and maintenance. Master’s degree. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must maintain TS/SCI clearance. Compensation and Benefits Salary is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. The projected annual compensation range is $86,800 to $198,000.
