Preparesmenu itemsand delivers trays to residents in floor dining room areasand to those who do not come to the dining room, ensuring their proper diets are administered appropriately. Responsible formaintainingcleanliness,settingupand clearingdining roomtablesand serving carts. Observesresidentsand reports complaints,problems,or anything out of the ordinary to supervisor. Assistsin receiving and storing incoming food and supplies. Reports food and equipment needs to Chef/Manager. Communicates and cooperates with staff,residents, and their families. Complies withlong-term care regulations and written dietary procedures and policies.
