Outpatient Clinical Director - Kent Island MD

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Schedule:

• M - F 8hr shifts
• One evening shift per week
• Rotational Saturday shifts every 4-6 weeks for 4-6 hours
• No on-call weekend or holiday requirements

Patient Population: 16 to over 100 pediatric care optional

Role Overview:

As Clinic Director you will function as the CEO of your clinic. You will be responsible for leading your team ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and delivering a Wow experience. As the chief culture officer you will inspire and cultivate a positive clinic environment while achieving operational and financial success

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy recognized by APTA
• Current license in Maryland and or part of the Physical therapist Compact
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• CPR Certification preferred
