Our Transformation practice applies our deep experience to challenge the status quo and accelerate our client's growth trajectory.As an Operations Transformation Intern, you'll assist clients with developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives for the Operations Transformation Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Operations team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.Your day-to-day may include:Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within the realms of operational efficiency programs, digital operations management solutions, product and operations modernization programs incorporating business opportunity assessment, solution strategy, design, program management, implementation of enabling technologies, and organizational changeCreate, interpret, and transform data and analytics into actionable performance insightsMaintain a good working relationship with clients and internal team members at all levels to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and become a trusted business partnerManage and minimize engagement delivery risk by proactively identifying issues and recommended courses of remediation to engagement teamsCommunicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives while portraying knowledge and confidenceCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to internal teams and client stakeholdersYou have the following technical skills, qualifications, and abilities:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fieldsMinimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0Demonstrated interest in operational strategy, performance improvement, and business transformationDemonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-makingExperience (through coursework, internships, or projects) with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessmentsProven ability to work in teams and deliver against tight deadlines in dynamic environments; this may be demonstrated via university projects, internships, self-study, community building, or work experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a structured and compelling wayIntellectual curiosity, and motivation to develop professionally, including industry recognized professional certificationsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a teamStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex challengesAbility to remain agile, work in ambiguous environments, "can-do" attitudePositive, client-focused mindsetWillingness and ability to work additional hours, as neededAbility to travel to various client sites, as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
