Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our housekeeping team- a house attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!What are we looking for?A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guestsDemonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experienceA collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared successWhat would you bring to the table?1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environmentFlexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat would my job responsibilities be?Restock guest room supplies and linens in service areas and maintain cleanliness of pathways, laundry rooms, supply closets, and all assigned zonesRemove all trash and recyclables and dispose of them properlyDeliver and pick up guest-request items promptlyAssist Guest Room Attendants with tasks such as putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, handling sheers and drapes, and moving furnitureClean and prepare arrival rooms, ensuring there are no missing items and upholding Four Seasons quality standardsAssist the housekeeping team during absences or periods of high demandWhat will it be like working for us?Four Seasons is the world's leading luxury hospitality company, driven by an unwavering commitment to an exceptional guest and employee experience.
