Warehouse Associate - 1-Day Assignment
Location: Concord, CA
Pay : $18/hr
Schedule: 1-day Assignment on Thursday, 9/17 - hours TBD
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join a leading media company that is a trusted source of news across the Bay Area for a one day assignment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will help prep newspapers for distribution through various tasks such as inserting materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean workspace to support the distribution of news and information.

What You’ll Do:
- Hand insert free-standing inserts into the inserting machine and align them using a "jogging" table.
- Operate machinery such as shrink wrap machines, binder machines, and mail machines.
- Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials between the mailroom and warehouse.
- Perform daily cleanup of the mailroom to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks using computer software, where applicable.
What You’ll Bring:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
