Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team. Our definition of primary care includes health equity, mental well-being, prevention, and social factors. MCHC provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that include primary care, dental, behavioral health, women's services, and specialty care services such as Psychiatry. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care. We throw our doors wide open to everyone in communities we serve.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Up to $50,000 retention bonus
2. Salary range of $140,000 - $164,000

Highlights of being a Provider at MCHC:

2. We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and LCSWs to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.
