365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in Huntington, WV for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity is intended for new drivers seeking hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes serving the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East. Candidates should be ready to develop safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role.

What this opportunity offers

• Paid 4–6 week mentor training with an experienced driver based out of Huntington, WV
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• Regional routes across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East with schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home in Huntington and the surrounding West Virginia area

Route details and responsibilities

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after completion of training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and East
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
