What You Will Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their life, health and financial protection needs
• Clearly and ethically explain available insurance solutions
• Help clients navigate applications, underwriting and policy placement
• Build long-term client relationships through professional follow-up and service
• Participate in training, coaching and professional-development opportunities
• Develop your production, communication and leadership capabilities over time

Your Path at Corham

There is no single definition of success here. Some partners choose part-time production, others pursue full-time business growth, and others develop toward leadership and agency ownership. Our goal is to provide the environment, education, mentorship and systems that allow motivated individuals to explore the path that fits their goals.

Compensation & Business Structure

This is an independent 1099, commission-based business opportunity. Compensation is based on individual production and may include performance-based bonuses and leadership overrides where applicable. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual activity, production, schedule and results.
