Strategic Presentation & Client Strategy Manager

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a highly strategic and client-focused Strategic Presentation & Client Strategy Manager to lead the development of client-facing proposals, strategic narratives, and campaign recommendation materials across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, analytics, and customer success—partnering closely with Sales and Client Success teams to transform client objectives into compelling, insight-driven presentations and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth and client engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, media and shopper marketing expertise, and executive-level storytelling capabilities with the ability to build polished, persuasive, and operationally grounded client presentations. This is not a traditional design or coordination role. This position is responsible for shaping how Inmar communicates value in market—through strategic storytelling, integrated campaign planning, and high-impact proposal development.

Client Strategy & Strategic Storytelling

• Lead strategic planning and recommendation development for client-facing proposals and presentations
• Translate client business goals into actionable media, audience, and campaign strategies
• Develop integrated strategic narratives aligned to objectives such as:
• Brand awareness
• Trial and acquisition
• Basket growth
• Repeat purchase
• Retail conversion
• Build polished proposal decks, strategic presentations, and client recommendations during the pre-sale process
• Ensure presentations are:
• Insight-driven
• Visually compelling
• Strategically differentiated
• Operationally achievable
• Develop wrap-up decks and post-campaign strategic recommendations highlighting:
• Performance insights
• Key learnings
• Future opportunities
• Optimization recommendations

Required Qualifications

4 plus years of experience in:

• Client strategy
• Media strategy
• Shopper marketing
• Retail media
• Strategic planning or account strategy

Strong understanding of:

• CPG industry dynamics
• Retail ecosystems and shopper marketing
• Omnichannel campaign strategy

Proven experience building:

• Strategic proposal decks
• Executive presentations
• Client-facing narratives
• Campaign recommendation materials

Strong ability to:

• Translate data into strategic storytelling
• Simplify complex ideas into executive-ready recommendations
• Build visually compelling presentations with strategic depth

Advanced presentation and communication skills, particularly within PowerPoint or Google Slides

Pre-Sales Partnership & Revenue Enablement

Partner closely with Sales and Client Success teams throughout the pre-sale planning process

Support RFP responses and proposal development with:

• Audience strategy recommendations
• Channel mix recommendations
• Campaign approaches
• Retail and shopper insights

Build executive-level presentations that clearly communicate:

• Strategic rationale
• Business impact
• Measurement frameworks
• Growth opportunities

Help position Inmar solutions through compelling storytelling and consultative recommendations

Contribute to proposal differentiation and revenue growth by connecting insights to client business outcomes

Strategic Campaign Recommendations

Develop audience and campaign recommendations using:

• Shopper and retailer data
• Behavioral insights
• Category intelligence
• Market trends

Recommend optimal:

• Media channels
• Audience segmentation
• Campaign structures
• Retail activation approaches

Ensure campaign recommendations align with:

• Client objectives
• Executional feasibility
• Retailer capabilities
• Measurement strategies

Identify opportunities to integrate:

• Retail media
• Incentives and loyalty solutions
• Omnichannel activation
• Programmatic and social media strategies

Presentation Development & Executive Communication

Own the creation and refinement of:

• Proposal decks
• Strategic sales presentations
• Wrap decks
• Business review presentations
• Executive-level storytelling materials

Translate complex data and strategies into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives

Maintain high standards for:

• Presentation quality
• Strategic consistency
• Brand alignment
• Executive readiness

Ensure recommendations are scalable, actionable, and aligned to operational realities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with:

• Sales

Align strategy, storytelling, and execution across teams

Act as a strategic connector between client objectives and internal capabilities
