Data Analyst IIAs a Data Analyst II within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in advancing the university's data-informed culture by supporting strategic and operational analytics initiatives. In this position, you will work across the full data lifecycle, including data acquisition, validation, transformation, analysis, reporting, and visualization to deliver actionable insights for campus partners.Partnering with stakeholders across the university, you will translate business needs into meaningful data products, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support institutional effectiveness and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative professional who is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems, uncover opportunities, and tell compelling stories through analytics.This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with weekly on-campus presence required.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and assesses requirements to develop data files and reports using query toolsMonitors and coordinates mass data uploads and exports. Maintains databases for tracking information. Consolidates data from multiple sources, interprets data, and generates ongoing reportsTroubleshoots processing errors and makes changes/corrections independently. Assists in developing new processes to respond to issues that deviate from standard operating proceduresSupports, designs, develops, and/or maintains studies, presentations, analytics, reports, and dashboards that support institutional goals, planning, and strategic decision makingAggregates, manipulates, and analyzes large data structures.
