Requirements -

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Recent Home Health nursing experience required
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable vehicle required for patient visits
• Active RN license (North Carolina or Compact)
