IT Support Professional

Company Overview All Heart Care agency is a dedicated home health care agency committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care within the comfort of our clients' homes. We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Professional to join the IT team at All Heart Home Care. This role involves supporting and improving the systems developed by our in-house team while ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology operations. This position is on-site and requires a consistent presence in our Brooklyn office to support staff and systems directly. Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person to resolve user and system issues. Troubleshoot and elevate complex technical problems to network engineers or developers when necessary. Monitor and maintain network configurations, user access, and data security protocols. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems are configured according to evolving business and compliance requirements. Recommend and assist with system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, documenting progress, and ensuring IT-related tasks align with organizational goals. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and medical IT standards. Qualifications Experience in IT support, preferably in the medical field or a regulated environment. Strong understanding of network administration and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
