Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Active state licensure in occupational therapy assistance.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Engage in team meetings and professional development to remain current on best practices.
