Director of Nursing

Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON) St. Ignace, Michigan (Onsite) | Full-Time (36–40 hrs/week) We are seeking a strong clinical leader to oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. Key Requirements: 3–5+ years of nursing leadership experience Active Michigan RN license (required before start) Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Strong knowledge of clinical operations & compliance (CMS) Proven ability to lead and manage nursing teams Preferred: Prior DON or Assistant DON experience Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards This is a leadership-focused onsite role for someone ready to drive quality care and operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
