Full Stack .NET & Angular Developer

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in full-stack software development using C# and ASP.NET.

• Proficiency in Angular web framework, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.

• Experience with Oracle Database development, PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, and triggers.

• Experience in RESTful web API engineering, object-oriented design, and application security baselines.

• Experience with full-lifecycle software testing, automated test execution, and application debugging.

• Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery lifecycles, sprint planning, and structured peer code reviews.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web application interfaces utilizing the Angular framework.

• Build scalable backend services, business logic components, and data access layers using C# and ASP.NET.

• Develop, optimize, and debug complex Oracle Database stored procedures, queries, and automated triggers.

• Execute comprehensive software testing routines, generate test datasets, and resolve system anomalies.

• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to agency programming standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and systems engineers within an Agile Scrum framework.

• Author clear technical documentation, program specifications, and system integration diagrams.
