PRN Family Medicine APP Opportunity

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a PRN Family Medicine APP to join our team and work in our Upper Cumberland outpatient clinics. (assignments could be in Cookeville, Sparta, McMinnville or Smithville)

Position Highlights

• Join an established team of two physicians and one APP
• Practice setting: Outpatient only
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration
• Seeking candidates with 3+ years of Primary Care APP experience

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
