As a key provider in our urgent care clinics, you will independently manage a variety of minor procedures, treat diverse patient populations (from 6 months old onwards), and collaborate seamlessly with our support staff. Your expertise helps us uphold our mission to deliver accessible, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare in the communities we serve.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 12 months of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience
• Board Certified (PA, NP) with active certification (NCCPA, NP Boards)
• Proficiency in Epic EMR or similar electronic medical records
• Ability to see and treat all patients independently
• Strong soft skills for effective communication with staff and patients
• BLS and DEA licensing
• Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of your residence, with local availability preferred

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience performing procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation
• Prior experience in high-volume patient settings
• Familiarity with minor procedures and pediatric care
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduate degree as PA or Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least one year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Current board certification and active DEA registration

Other Requirements

• Ability to pass a credentialing process and clinical screening
• Available for scheduled EMR and onboarding training sessions
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and support activities
• Support within a 60-mile radius of your home for local shifts
