Mellow Mushroom is a fun, cool, laid back, eclectic, full service pizza restaurant. 24 drafts, 50 bottles, craft cocktails and a great wine list. Inside and outside dinning and bar areas. As a Bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area in a fast paced environment. We do not want robots we want different types of people that can work together as a team. Flexible hours. A good dress code. Mellow t-shirts, jeans and tennis shoes.

Primary Responsibilities: Make sure the guests are taken care of 100%!!! and don’t forget to have fun while doing it

Requirements :

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full service bar
• Knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
• Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
• Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills
